At We Heal Holistically, Rosie aims to support people of all ages, genders, identities and all bodies in marginalized and underserved communities in the Boston area. WWH focuses on providing different healing modalities such as trauma-informed yoga classes, meditation sessions, sound therapy, self-care and herbalism workshops to help all clients reach an overall state of well-being and healing in the body, mind and spirit. Rosie strives to de-stigmatize mental illness and dismantle systems of oppression that continue to oppress BIPOC and LGBTQ communities. The overall mission is to decolonize the health and wellness industry and prioritize inclusion, diversity and equity to make wellness accessible for everyone in Every Body.
ABOUT ROSIE
ROSIE DOCANTO, RYT-200
Rosie says, "Yoga is more than just a physical practice of asana. It’s a practice of self-awareness and self-acceptance. Yoga has opened up limitless doors for me to heal in ways that I have never experienced before. This practice has guided me to a higher consciousness of self-love and a deep appreciation for community and humanity.” She believes when we begin to heal, our community heals because each of us has something valuable to offer.
Rosie is so kind and approachable. It really shows how much she cares about making yoga accessible and healing for everyone who joins. She loves when people ask questions in class and she is all about being really present with her students and building community.

Every yoga session with Rosie helps me feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and enlightened. She makes everyone feel welcome and meets you right where you are. I like how she eases into the flow of each movement and provides clear, gentle guidance about how to adapt poses to one's level of comfort. She cares about how you are feeling and her tone of voice creates a pressure-free, meditative atmosphere. I highly recommend Rosie because she is an easy-going, radiant, resourceful yoga instructor, who is passionate about holistic healing and wellness.

Rosie has been instructing our youth teams for over a year. No matter their previous experience, our young people consistently share that they actually like yoga, and really like Rosie! She's open about her own story and life, so it's easy to connect with her. She often reminds us that we are strong, know our bodies, and are our best teachers. She is versatile in her instruction, loves to have fun, and embeds every practice with life tips for on and off the mat."
